American Horror Story" Season 13 Cast Revealed: Legends Return, Ariana Grande Joins

The highly anticipated American Horror Story (AHS) Season 13 has officially announced its all-star cast, marking one of the franchise's most exciting ensemble lineups in years. The cast reveal, shared by creator Ryan Murphy on Halloween 2025, features a massive reunion of fan-favorite legends and a high-profile new addition.

Season 13 is set to premiere on FX on Halloween, October 31, 2026.

The Official AHS Season 13 Cast

The new season boasts a "greatest hits" cast, bringing back many key actors who have defined the series over the past decade.

The confirmed cast for Season 13 includes:

  • Jessica Lange

  • Sarah Paulson

  • Evan Peters

  • Angela Bassett

  • Kathy Bates

  • Emma Roberts

  • Billie Lourd

  • Gabourey Sidibe

  • Leslie Grossman

  • Ariana Grande

Many of these actors are returning after absences from recent seasons, including Jessica Lange, whose last appearance was a guest role in Apocalypse (Season 8). Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters return after Double Feature (Season 10), and Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, and Gabourey Sidibe are also back, many not having appeared since Season 8.

Ariana Grande is a new addition to the AHS universe, reuniting with Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk a decade after Scream Queens.

The cast list has led to speculation that Season 13 might involve witches, as many of the returning actors were in Coven and Apocalypse. The announcement video further hinted at this possibility by including Emma Roberts' catchphrase from Apocalypse: "Surprise, bitch. I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me".

Fans are looking forward to more details about the plot and character roles before the Halloween 2026 premiere. For a full table of actors and the seasons they have appeared in, please see the source documents.
