Another exit for the RHOBH

Crystal Kung Minkoff has announced her departure from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, adding to the ongoing changes within Bravo's Real Housewives franchise.

“I just wanted to share the news that I will not be coming back to film Season 14 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” she said. “It’s very bittersweet. Never did I think I would’ve been asked to do this show in a million years,  let alone film it for three seasons.”

The entrepreneur and co-founder of Real Coco, which sells coconut water products, mentioned that she was the first Asian American member to join the cast of RHOBH.

“Every single year I was asked back, it was a blessing. It was an honor,” she continued. “Being the first Asian American on Beverly Hills was a lot of weight on my shoulders that I have since just have really understood the magnitude of what that means for people.”

Minkoff expressed gratitude towards the viewers for their support. She also mentioned that she hoped to inspire others by sharing her own challenges with an eating disorder and her father's diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease.

She went on to mention that she is excited about what the future holds.

“This is not goodbye, this is see you soon. I have some other things going on that I will be sharing with you soon,” she said.

Minkoff is married to movie director Rob Minkoff who directed movies like The Lion King (1994) and The Haunted Mansion (2003). The couple has two children and their family has appeared on RHOBH.
