The series' cast includes James Remar, Stephen Rider, Madeleine Stowe, Rudy Mancuso, and Bill Skarsgård.
According to the source, "It: Welcome to Derry" would primarily center on the 1960s narrative of the Black Spot, a nightclub and bar catering to Black clients, and the horrible events that led to its burning. 'It appears every 27 years, and its cycle is distinguished by two devastating tragedies, one at the beginning and one at the finish. We use the Black Spot as an event around which numerous legends are formed.'"
HBO and Warner Bros. Television co-produce the series. The Muschiettis serve as executive producers through their production business, Double Dream. Fuchs, Kane, David Coatsworth, Bill Skarsgård, Shelley Meals, Roy Lee, and Dan Lin are also executive producers.
