Tiffany Haddish, Bella Thorne, and Master P team up for New Orleans crime-thriller Motion

Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip), Bella Thorne (The Babysitter), and entertainment mogul Percy Miller, also known as Master P, are set to star in the New Orleans crime thriller Motion. Haddish will also produce the film through her production company, She Ready Productions.

Shaun Sanghani’s SSS Entertainment (The Fallout) is co-producing, while his company, The Syndicate, will manage world sales, including at the American Film Market later this fall.

Filming is scheduled to take place in New Orleans this winter. Tim McCann (White Rabbit) will direct the film, which features an original script written by Percy Miller and Tim Ogletree. Miller is also on board as an executive producer.

Details about the plot remain under wraps, but the film is described as “an ensemble fueled by colorful characters navigating a journey of wild crimes, set against the backdrop of the underground racing subculture in New Orleans.” Casting is ongoing this fall.
