The fashion world is officially back. Nearly two decades after the original redefined office culture, 20th Century Studios has unveiled the first official teaser and photos for

The Devil Wears Prada 2

Set to arrive in theaters on May 1, 2026, the sequel reunites the legendary powerhouse quartet: Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci

The Teaser: "Took You Long Enough"

The first teaser, set to the beat of Madonna’s "Vogue," leans heavily into nostalgia.

  • The Entrance: The clip opens with a close-up of Miranda Priestly (Streep) stepping through the Runway offices in red Maison Valentino pumps.

  • The Reunion: She enters an elevator only to find Andy Sachs (Hathaway) already inside.

  • The Line: Without missing a beat, Miranda delivers a chillingly perfect greeting: "Took you long enough."

Exclusive First-Look Imagery

New photos released by Vogue and Vanity Fair offer a glimpse into the characters' updated wardrobes:

  • Miranda Priestly: Seen at her desk wearing a power-shouldered blazer and new signature "Priestly specs."

  • Andy Sachs: Spotted in "corpcore" chic, including a pinstripe vest and trousers by Karl Lagerfeld and a blue sequined Rabanne dress.

  • Emily Charlton: A first look shows a "wide-eyed, red-bobbed" Emily (Blunt) looking poised for a high-stakes corporate showdown.

  • Nigel Kipling: Stanley Tucci returns in a sharp suit, accompanying Miranda to a high-fashion gala.

Plot & New Faces

The sequel, written by original scribe Aline Brosh McKenna, follows Miranda as she navigates the decline of print media. She finds herself in a desperate power struggle against Emily Charlton, who is now a high-powered executive at a luxury conglomerate holding the advertising dollars Miranda needs to survive.

New cast members include:

  • Kenneth Branagh as Miranda’s new husband.

  • Lucy Liu, Justin Theroux, and B.J. Novak in undisclosed roles.

  • Simone Ashley (Bridgerton) and Pauline Chalamet.

  • Cameos: Keep an eye out for Donatella Versace, who was spotted on set during filming in Milan.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 hits theaters May 1, 2026.
