First trailer for “Forever”
Netflix has released the first full trailer for Forever, Mara Brock Akil's series adaption of Judy Blume's book.
It's been 50 years since Blume's highly acclaimed young adult novel Forever was published, but Brock Akil's adaptation of the 1975 book provides a fresh perspective on the popular subject.
A lulling new teaser for Forever shows anxious fans the crazy, chaotic, and often exhilarating narrative of that first profound relationship, which many refer to as puppy love. We meet Keisha Clark (Lovie Simone) and Justin Edwards (Michael Cooper Jr.), two childhood friends who reunite in high school and embark on a whirlwind affair with plenty of highs and lows.
