Meagan Good & Tank Are Headed to Reasonable Doubt Season 4
Reasonable Doubt just leveled up its Season 4 roster in a major way. Announced today, Meagan Good and R&B heavyweight-turned-actor Durrell "Tank" Babbs are both joining the Onyx Collective legal drama as series regulars, bringing some serious star power into Jax Stewart's ever-complicated world.
Joining as Series Regular
Meagan Good
Regina Harris
The new District Attorney — smart, compassionate, and "nobody's fool." Known for Harlem and Day Shift.
Joining as Series Regular
Durrell "Tank" Babbs
Eric Cropper
A super-wealthy R&B artist and Jax's longtime client — charming, calculating, and used to getting his way. Known for Broadway's Hell's Kitchen and The New Edition Story.
The two join returning series regulars Emayatzy Corinealdi, McKinley Freeman, Tim Jo, and Angela Grovey for what promises to be a high-stakes season. The show — created by Raamla Mohamed Hunter and executive produced by Kerry Washington — was renewed for Season 4 back in November 2025.
"After a brutal attack leaves Jax's family and newly minted law firm shaken, nothing feels certain, especially their future. With Jax's most loyal client at the center of a spiraling media disaster, The Stewart Firm is thrust into a high-stakes battle where every move could mean survival or collapse."
Good as a district attorney going up against Jax? Tank as a wealthy music industry client who always gets his way? The creative team is clearly building the tension from every angle — legally, personally, and culturally. Reasonable Doubt has always understood its audience, and these casting choices signal the writers are doubling down on exactly what makes this show essential Black television. A premiere date for Season 4 has not yet been announced.
