Acapulco's fourth and final season trailer teases a plot twist for summer.
The trailer for the final chapter of the beloved, popular comedy "Acapulco" was released by Apple TV+ today. The global premiere of the 10-episode fourth and final season will take place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, with two episodes. Subsequently, one new episode will be released on Wednesdays until September 17.
Present-day Máximo (Eugenio Derbez) works assiduously to restore Las Colinas to its former splendor prior to the grand reopening in season four. Young Máximo (Enrique Arrizon) will do whatever it takes to secure Las Colinas's future and regain the top position in the annual ranking of Acapulco's "Best Hotels" in 1986, when a competitor claims the title.
Fernando Carsa, Rafael Cebrián, Vanessa Bauche, Camila Perez, Carlos Corona, Chord Overstreet, Regina Reynoso, Jessica Collins, and Regina Orozco comprise the ensemble characters of "Acapulco." As recurring guest actors, Keyla Monterroso Mejia and Omar Chaparro will join the new season, in addition to returning favorites Damián Alcázar, Jaime Camil, Cristo Fernández, and Carolina Moreno. Jack McBrayer will also make a special appearance.
Lionsgate Television, 3Pas Studios, Zihuatanejo Productions, and The Tannenbaum Company are the producers of "Acapulco," a film that is inspired by the box office success of "How to Be A Latin Lover" from 3Pas Studios and Pantelion Films. The film is being produced for Apple. Derbez, in collaboration with Ben Odell, acts as executive producer in addition to his role in the series. Austin Winsberg, Eduardo Cisneros, and Jason Shuman are the creators of the series. Winsberg also serves as the showrunner, while Sam Laybourne serves as the executive producer. Kim and Eric Tannenbaum, in addition to Jason Wang on behalf of The Tannenbaum Company, serve as additional executive producers. In addition to serving as executive producer and director, Jaime Eliezer Karas and Sonia Gambaro serve as co-executive producers for 3Pas Studios.
