Reasonable Doubt' Season 4: Tank, Meagan Good and La La Anthony Join Jax's Fight for Her Firm
Jax Stewart Is Back in Court
Jax Stewart is fighting for her life, her family and her new firm. Reasonable Doubt returned to Hulu on Tuesday, Oct. 6, with a three-episode premiere. Emayatzy Corinealdi is back as Los Angeles' most fearless defense attorney, and this time the case hits closer to home than ever.
The 10-episode season releases a new episode every Tuesday through the finale on Nov. 24. The Onyx Collective series, created by showrunner Raamla Mohamed Hunter and executive produced by Kerry Washington, films in Georgia.
Where Season 3 Left Jax
Season 3 gave Jax her highest-profile client yet: Ozzie Edwards (Kyle Bary), a former child star on trial for murdering his girlfriend. Alongside the case, she fought through family turmoil and a rivalry with ambitious new colleague Bill Sterling (Joseph Sikora).
The finale ended on a cliffhanger that left careers, relationships and lives on the line. Season 4 opens in the aftermath: a brutal attack has shaken Jax's family and her newly minted Stewart Firm. Jax is recovering from a gunshot wound, with her husband Lewis (McKinley Freeman) at her bedside and Corey Cash (Morris Chestnut) in her corner.
Season 4: A Superstar Client and a Media Firestorm
This season, Jax's most loyal client lands at the center of a spiraling media scandal, and The Stewart Firm's survival rides on the outcome. That client is Eric Cropper, a super-wealthy R&B star played by R&B singer Durrell "Tank" Babbs, and his messy orbit of wives, family and label artists brings most of the season's new faces.

Wesley's Desiree Grant is the one to watch from where we sit: an entertainment journalist whose beat is exposing powerful people puts the press itself inside the story.
The Cup of Soul Take
Reasonable Doubt has quietly become one of the most consistent Black-led dramas on streaming, and it rarely gets the conversation it deserves. Four seasons in, it still trusts its audience with a lead who is brilliant, flawed and unapologetic. Putting an R&B superstar and a media firestorm at the center of the season gives the show a timely target, and a cast this deep gives Corinealdi plenty to push against.
How to Watch
Episodes 1 through 3 are streaming now on Hulu, and on Disney+ for Hulu bundle subscribers. New episodes arrive every Tuesday through the Nov. 24 finale. Seasons 1 through 3 are on Hulu to catch up.
