Relationship Goals Plot & Cast
The film centers on Leah Caldwell (Rowland), a brilliant and driven TV producer on the verge of making history as the first woman to run New York's top morning show. Her plans are disrupted when her charming ex-boyfriend, Jarrett Roy (Method Man/Clifford "Method Man" Smith), re-enters her life to compete for the exact same position.
Jarrett claims he's a changed man, transformed by the wisdom found in the popular Relationship Goals book, which leads Leah's tight-knit circle of friends to explore the book's advice on their own love lives. While Leah remains laser-focused on her career goals, the former couple's undeniable chemistry threatens to reignite old flames and force them to confront whether true love is possible the second time around.
